Garnet for Sandblasting Steel Media

Garnet abrasive is composed of natural Almandite garnet grains that are known for their natural hardness, durability and abrasive characteristic. It is cost-effective alternative to silica sand,  mineral slags and steel grits and shot as the perfect symbiosis of grain size,  density and hard and hardness/durability creates the optimum abrasive efficiency.

Usage: 

sandblasting (surface preparation) in the following application:

 In water jet cutting, garnet Grains are entrained in a high-velocity stream of water that impacts the material to be cut at      high pressure. It is perfectly suitable for the applications given below
1. in oil refineries,
2. for underwater steel structures
3. for shaping such materials as marble, granite, automotive glass, textiles, plastics, aluminum, and high-strength steel.

Garnet for Water Filtration:-Garnet is possibly the most cost effective alternative for water filtration beds as it resets the filter bed more 
rapidly after the bed is back-tified for use in potable water systems.  
These special garnets do not release any toxic substances into the water supply.
The most common sizes high density garnet media used in Water Filtration are 0.3 / 0.6mm and 1.4 / 2.36mm.However,               almost any size between 0.1 and 3.00mm can be made for customers specific requirements.

 Garnet for Abrasive Paper:-    Abrasive grains are highly useful for coated abrasive which in turn are used for coating of metal, wood & other coated purpose.  Abrasive Paper made out of abrasive grains are mainly used for the surface preparation application for painting and removing   of the  corrosion particles, which gives new life to surface preparation.

Yes, certainly. We will provide the sample is in free below 5 kgs for free, and the freight cost for free in 1kg. We could arrange the existing samples express delivery immediately. For any special samples requirement, it  need max 7 days finished. Usually we send samples by TNT ,FEDEX, DHL, or UPS. It takes 3-5days been to your hand. 

Question 4:  Can you customized quality, size, package according to customer?
Yes, of course. The OEM is available. We will do the creation in your requirement and make ur image come true. 

Question 5:Can Customer ask for the third party certification?
Yes, No problem, but Customer resposiable for the charge.

Yes,you can email us what kinds of products you need, normally the min-order quantity for sand is 1 ton, for powder is 25kgs.

Firstly, We make sure the quality before the goods to be packed, if clients get the item with Substandard products, We have warranty for our clients,we will ship out the new replacements.

Question 8:Sample cost is refundable or not?
Yes, Sample cost below 5 kgs can be refunded when bulk order confirmed,But freight cost for more than 1kg don't be refunded.

Bank T/T, L/C at sight, Westunion.

 Question 10:What's lead time for bulk order?
1)for 1~25 tons, it takes around 10~15days.
2)For 26~200 tons,20-40days

Generally, we suggest to make shipment by sea which costs less. We also can follow other transportation method you asked.
